Ecstatic Breathwork is one of my favorite classes to teach, and our live classes have been nothing short of MAGICAL.

What is Ecstatic Breathwork? (aka, breath & energy orgasms)

In an Ecstatic Breathwork practice, you'll learn how to engage your BREATH, SOUND, BODY, and MIND to create a deeper connection to your sexual energy… and how to turn yourself on without sexual touch.

This beautiful practice gives you a chance to explore a range of orgasmic states, sensations, emotions, and touch the energetics of sex.

Activated, fast breathing can be a portal into the unconscious mind. It can also make space for expansive pleasure—some of my attendees have said it felt like bees buzzing in the belly or champagne bubbles in body. For others, it creates openness and spaciousness to move through sadness or grief. Some folks feel nothing at all—simply the pure bliss of BEING in the moment. It’s all beautiful and welcome.

And this video explains the Ecstatic Breathwork practice in detail for those that are new…

How to Practice Ecstatic Breathwork

This delicious three-hour workshop will help you explore all the ways humans can explore their innate sexual expression using the body and mind connection.

Here’s what we’ll explore together:

  • Activated breath: deep breathing to open the portal to your unconscious mind and deeper feeling-states
  • Sounding: explore the range of sounds to expand and move energy in your body
  • Body expression : engage your pelvic floor for internal sensation and energy-building
  • Visualization: moving the energy in and around the body
  • Deep presence : a thoughtfully-held online container to FEEL into your heart, mind, body & spirit.
  • Soft integration : time to aftercare with each other, and practices to help you take the work home after the workshop.
Please note: This practice (and breathwork in general) is contraindicated for anyone with breathing challenges, those that are pregnant, those with a history of seizures/epilepsy, and/or those with anxiety conditions. If you have questions about how your particular body-mind would react to a class like this, please reach out.
